Our research team is made up primarily of previous helicopter users with extensive experience and customer relationships in a variety of helicopter industries. Additionally, by advertising online and in printed publications, new helicopter users and referrals are driven to our site constantly. Because of this, we are able to provide you with a steady stream of both commercial and government based helicopter work year around.

No. At Jobs For Helicopters we research and find helicopter work which we display here on the website. With a premium membership, helicopter operators are able to view the details of these jobs and contact the customers regarding these jobs. Beyond that, we do not play a role or mediate in any way between the customer and operator. We simply bring together the customer and operator and help start a dialogue. It is utlimately up to the customer to decide whether or not they are interested in working with a particular operator who has contacted them.

The majority of the helicopter work we find is based in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. However, we do receive additional job postings from around the world. For the most part, our job postings from outside North America have to do with larger scale energy related operations or crew transport (such as mining, remote utility construction, offshore oil crew transport, and seismic work). If your helicopter company does not operate in North America, you will find some opportunities here, although fewer.

No. While we do receive many requests trial memberships, the cost and duration of our standard memberships are based on the fact that the membership pays for itself after being awarded just 1 job. Being awarded a job during a trial membership would be extremely imbalancing and unfair to those with a standard membership who paid more for the same results. Whether a membership lasts 1 week or 6 months, the value of an awarded helicopter job remains the same.
