Service Provided:
Jobs For Helicopters simply provides a forum for customers seeking to find helicopters for work they have coming up to be in touch with helicopter operators which provide charter services. Jobs For Helicopters will link the customer and the operator together but does not participate in the actual bidding process nor determine or control any operating procedures conducted by either the customers placing jobs or the operators providing helicopters. Likewise we have no responsibility for any actions resulting from any business conducted by either the operator or the customer.
Government Jobs:
Upon obtaining a subscription, you will be able to view government job details and solicitation number, along with the direct contact information of the agency seeking bids for any given government job. At that point it is up to you, the operator, to contact the agency regarding further bid instructions and documents for that particular job. Government jobs may be modified, canceled, or postponed without notice.
Commercial Jobs:
For privacy and security reasons, direct contact information for commercial jobs is only available for the customer placing a job and is not immediately available to the bidding operator until after a bid or contact request has been submitted for the job in question and the customer has determined that your bid or inquiry is one which customer wishes to pursue further. Customers place their commercial jobs directly on the site. Optionally, a broker membership may be purchased by entities representing a customer in order to post jobs. It is entirely up the customer at this point to respond to your bid. We, Jobs For Helicopters, do not intervene or mediate from this point on. It is now up to the customer to respond to your bid either through the website or by contacting you directly using the information you provided in your bid. Please keep in mind that customers receive dozens of bids and may not respond to all bidders.
Operators who place bids which vary substantially from the price quoted the customer once contacted by the customer, which can be determined to be a bait-and-switch tactic, will be barred from future bidding and no refund of subscription fee given.
General:
Resale, redistribution, or the sharing of helicopter job information provided on this site is strictly prohibited. Operators may only bid on jobs under their registered name and may only bid helicopters which they own or are leasing for a period of 1 year or more from a company in the business of leasing helicopters and not a helicopter operator. Subscription may not be shared or used by others. Any violation of these terms of use will result in a permanent cancelation of subscription.
Payments are non-refundable and received by Jobs For Helicopters, Inc.
